All rental decor items from Skyxaroncroz must be returned in their original condition on or before the agreed return date. Items should be cleaned and packed as specified in your rental agreement.

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented. Normal wear and tear is acceptable, but significant damage, stains, or missing components may result in additional charges.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to partial refunds based on costs already incurred.
Eligible refunds from Skyxaroncroz will be processed within 10-15 business days after the return is verified and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
